These terms govern your use of and purchases from the Fyntralink digital store. By accessing the store or placing an order you agree to them.
About the store
The Fyntralink digital store is owned and operated by Fyntralink Est., commercial registration 7025158630, VAT number 310436945600003, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The store sells digital products only: protection and backup software licenses, plus SSL and code-signing certificates, from global vendors for whom we are an authorized reseller.
Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter at purchase, especially your email address (activation and issuance links are sent to it), your domain name and the organisation details used for certificate issuance. Delays or issuance failures caused by incorrect details are the buyer's responsibility.
Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT. The price at checkout is the binding price; there are no extra fees at payment.
We may adjust prices at any time; adjustments do not apply to orders confirmed beforehand.
Payment
Payment is made by card (mada, Visa, Mastercard) through the Moyasar gateway licensed by the Saudi Central Bank, or by bank transfer to our Al Rajhi account. Card data is processed directly by the payment gateway; it never passes through or gets stored on our servers.
Delivery and activation
Products are digital and delivered immediately after payment confirmation as described in the Delivery & Activation policy. By completing a purchase you expressly request and consent to immediate performance and delivery of the digital content upon payment.
Vendor agreements
Use of the products is additionally governed by the vendors' end agreements: the Acronis End User License Agreement for protection and backup plans, and the Sectigo Subscriber Agreement for SSL and code-signing certificates. Completing a purchase constitutes acceptance of the applicable agreement.
Acceptable use
Using the products for any activity that violates the laws of Saudi Arabia or the rights of others is prohibited, including using certificates for impersonation or phishing, or using protection tooling for unlawful offensive purposes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any violating order.
Intellectual property
Trademarks and logos shown in the store (including Acronis, Sectigo, mada, Visa and Mastercard) belong to their owners and are displayed in our capacity as an authorized reseller. The store's content and design belong to Fyntralink Est.
Limitation of liability
We take due care in providing and supporting the products; the products themselves operate per their vendors' specifications. In all cases, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Kingdom's judicial authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
