Refund Policy

SSL and code-signing certificates

You may request cancellation and a full refund within 30 days of purchase, whether before or after the certificate is issued, per the vendor (Sectigo) refund policy.

• No refunds after 30 days from purchase.
• A refunded certificate is permanently revoked and stops working immediately.
• Reissues caused by customer-entered mistakes are not grounds for a refund; we help you correct them free of charge.

Acronis plans (protection and backup)

A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase provided the service has not been materially used (no backups uploaded and no device protection activated).

• If the account has been materially used, the request is assessed and a partial refund may be offered based on usage period and volume.
• After 14 days no refund is available; the subscription continues until the end of its term.

Microsoft 365 and cloud subscriptions

Microsoft subscriptions under the New Commerce Experience follow Microsoft's policy, which has a short cancellation window we honour:

• You may request cancellation within 7 calendar days of purchase or renewal, with a prorated refund for the unused days.
• After 7 days no cancellation or refund is possible; the subscription continues to the end of its committed term (monthly, annual or multi-year).
• Reducing the number of licenses (seats) is only possible within the same 7-day window.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of its term unless you request to turn off renewal beforehand.

Made-to-order personal services (AI CV)

This service works on a try-first basis: you fill in your details, the file is produced, and you preview it in full before any payment — you only pay to unlock the download of the finished product.

• You pay nothing before seeing the preview of your completed CV, so the purchase decision is made about an actually finished product.
• After payment the download unlocks immediately and your CV stays saved for 30 days for edits and re-downloads; for that reason no refund is possible once the download has been unlocked.
• When the 30-day window ends the page closes and the file is removed from our servers — keep your own copy.
• If a technical fault on our side prevents delivery of the file after payment, we refund the full amount.

Withdrawal right for digital content

Because the products are digital content delivered immediately upon payment, completing a purchase includes your express consent to immediate performance; immediately-performed digital content is exempt from the general withdrawal right, while the product-specific windows above remain our commitment.

How refunds are processed

Submit your request to info@fyntralink.com with the order number and reason; we respond within two business days.

• Card payments are returned to the same card via the Moyasar gateway within 5–14 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Bank-transfer payments are returned by transfer to a bank account in the buyer's own name.
• Refunds include the VAT attributable to the refunded portion, with a compliant credit note.

Exclusions

• Orders violating the Terms of Use or tied to abuse.
• Certificate issuance failures caused by incorrect customer-provided details that the customer insists on after being notified.
• Requests outside the stated windows.
