Refund Policy

Our products are digital and delivered instantly, so refund terms vary by product type and state. We apply the following policy consistently with the Saudi E-Commerce Law and our vendors' policies.

SSL and code-signing certificates

You may request cancellation and a full refund within 30 days of purchase, whether before or after the certificate is issued, per the vendor (Sectigo) refund policy.

  • No refunds after 30 days from purchase.
  • A refunded certificate is permanently revoked and stops working immediately.
  • Reissues caused by customer-entered mistakes are not grounds for a refund; we help you correct them free of charge.

Acronis plans (protection and backup)

A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase provided the service has not been materially used (no backups uploaded and no device protection activated).

  • If the account has been materially used, the request is assessed and a partial refund may be offered based on usage period and volume.
  • After 14 days no refund is available; the subscription continues until the end of its term.

Withdrawal right for digital content

Because the products are digital content delivered immediately upon payment, completing a purchase includes your express consent to immediate performance; immediately-performed digital content is exempt from the general withdrawal right, while the product-specific windows above remain our commitment.

How refunds are processed

Submit your request to info@fyntralink.com with the order number and reason; we respond within two business days.

  • Card payments are returned to the same card via the Moyasar gateway within 5–14 business days depending on the issuing bank.
  • Bank-transfer payments are returned by transfer to a bank account in the buyer's own name.
  • Refunds include the VAT attributable to the refunded portion, with a compliant credit note.

Exclusions

  • Orders violating the Terms of Use or tied to abuse.
  • Certificate issuance failures caused by incorrect customer-provided details that the customer insists on after being notified.
  • Requests outside the stated windows.
