- Certificate issuance data: the domain name and organisation details you enter on the vendor's issuance form.

What we do not collect
Your card details never pass through or get stored on our servers; they are entered directly on the encrypted payment page of the licensed Moyasar gateway.
Purposes
- Fulfilling your order and issuing the tax invoice.
- Creating your account or certificate with the vendor (Acronis or Sectigo) and delivering activation links.
- Contacting you about your order or support.
- Legal obligations (invoicing, tax and records).
Sharing
We share only the minimum necessary:
- With the relevant vendor (Acronis or Sectigo) to create the account or issue the certificate in your name and email.
- With the Moyasar payment gateway to process the transaction.
- With authorities under a binding legal request.
- We never sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.
Retention
Order and invoice data is retained for the periods required by Saudi regulations (tax and commercial), then securely deleted or anonymised.
Security
The store is fully TLS-encrypted, order data access is restricted to authorized staff, and data is stored on hardened servers.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data (within mandatory retention limits) via info@fyntralink.com; we respond within a reasonable period.
