Delivery & Activation Policy

Everything in this store is digital: nothing ships, and delivery happens electronically the moment payment is confirmed.

Card payment (mada / Visa / Mastercard)

Your order confirms as soon as payment succeeds, and delivery starts automatically within moments:

  • SSL and code-signing certificates: a secure issuance link appears right on your order confirmation page; you complete the domain details, CSR and validation there, and the certificate issues once the CA's checks finish (DV typically within minutes; OV/EV after vetting that takes business days).
  • Acronis plans: your account is created automatically and an activation email reaches your inbox within minutes; sign in to the protection console and start immediately.

Bank transfer

Your order is recorded as awaiting transfer, and delivery starts once we verify receipt during business hours (Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 to 18:00 Riyadh time). Attach the transfer receipt with your order number to speed verification.

Issuance data responsibility

Certificate issuance depends on you entering correct details and completing the CA's validation steps. We guide you through them; entering the data and proving domain control remain the buyer's responsibility.
